Sheetmetal Foreman

As a key member of our team at Phoenix Canopy & Shade Solutions LL, the Sheetmetal Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication and installation of sheet metal products. This role requires a strong understanding of metalworking processes, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Select the appropriate gauge and type of sheet metal for various products
• Supervise and coordinate activities of craft workers and subcontractors
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate fabrication
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies
• Establish and adjust work schedules based on equipment, materials, and personnel capabilities
• Analyze and resolve work problems
• Coordinate project activities with other trades

• Prior experience working on construction sites and/or managing teams in the field
• Relevant work experience in metal fabrication and installation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Outlook
• Ability to weld steel, aluminum, and stainless steel using various processes
• Welding certification D1.1 minimum
