About the Role:

As a Massage Therapist at Hand & Stone FGG Spas, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality massage therapy sessions to our clients. You will work closely with our spa staff to ensure that every client has an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent massage therapy services to clients, including Swedish massages, hot stone massages, and other specialized treatments.
• Work closely with spa staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment plans.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in massage therapy.

What We Offer:

• A competitive salary range of $65,000 to $88,000 per year, depending on experience.
• An uncapped commission structure, providing opportunities for substantial earning potential based on sales performance.
• Tips averaging 18% to 25% of the non-member price, paid out directly via our partner Tippy.

Requirements:

• A valid massage therapy license and adherence to state/county licensing laws and regulations.
• Carry your own liability insurance or obtain liability insurance prior to your first day of training.
• A friendly and helpful attitude, with a core understanding and belief in the healing benefits of anatomy, massage therapy, and bodywork.
