Role: Model N Program Manager - Life Sciences

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 15 to 20 years of expertise in Project Scope Management Performance Management Portfolio Management and Account Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects and programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering high-quality results. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive performance and manage multiple portfolios effectively.

Description
Lead a cross-matrixed team of technical and functional specialists, responsible for implementing the Model N enterprise software solution
Should have experience handling huge Model N implementation program end to end
Should have good experience in LS Domain and should be able to leverage the same in discussion customer stakeholders and propose ideas
Should have handled huge RFPs and should be able to clearly articulate the proposed solutions.
Embrace and leverage the mantra and culture of "Delivery Excellence", leveraging a proven implementation methodology, best practices and independent thinking.
Partner with our internal teams (Engineering Team and Support) to deliver a unified approach to our customers, allowing the customer to maximize the value of our solution.
Develop customer relationships and position oneself as a "trusted advisor".
Be creative, think out of the box and drive projects from beginning to end.
Partner with Customer Stakeholders to identify new opportunities, Deliver projects, on-time and on-budget.
Manage and implement the operational process and procedure associated with project planning, tracking, reporting and quality assurance.

Qualifications
Possess a strong background in project tracking and stakeholder management.
Exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills.
Be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Be capable of driving initiatives to enhance system capabilities.
Life sciences domain
PMP (Project Management Professional) PgMP (Program Management Professional)
BS or equivalent

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
