Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Logistics Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting materials to or from storage or work sites to designated areas, loading and unloading materials from vehicles, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and Unloading
    • Load and unload materials from vehicles, into vehicles, and into or out of containers.
    • Safely move materials within or near plant, yard, or work site.
  • Material Handling
    • Effectively sort, store, and process incoming donations according to established company standards.
    • Transport newly processed merchandise from workstations to the appropriate area.
  • Equipment Operation
    • Ride in vehicles (trucks) assisting driver with loading and unloading cargo trucks of donations and other materials.
    • Frequently enter and exit truck cab and cargo box.
  • Work Environment
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Transfer trash from work areas to compactors and large trash receptacles.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance
    • Maintain agency confidentiality.
    • Comply with all health, safety, and fire standards and all local, state, and federal regulations.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $38,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

This is a part-time position, requiring flexibility to work any combination of 5 days between Monday through Sunday for an 8-hour shift. Overtime may be required.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain logistics or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lift heavy objects by hand or using lifting devices.
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

The estimated salary range for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
