Latin Teacher

BASIS Tucson North is a publicly-funded charter school and perennially ranked as one of the top schools in the nation. We are seeking a second Latin teacher to teach grades 8-12 with a schedule flexible enough for a collaborative approach.

We have a thriving Junior Classical League (JCL) program with students learning from Cambridge Latin Course. There is considerable curricular freedom, allowing for innovative approaches to teaching classical languages. High school class sizes are typically small, ranging from 10 to 20 students.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 based on national averages for secondary education teachers in Arizona. This figure may vary depending on factors such as experience and qualifications.
