Job Summary:

The Experience Manager is responsible for leading the team to achieve sales growth, delivering an exceptional guest experience, and ensuring operational excellence in retail and services businesses. This leader is accountable for Net Promoter Score (NPS), guest satisfaction, and driving business results across all Annual Performance Goals (APGs) metrics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals related to services, boutiques, retail sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and retail shrink.
  • Drive company profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
  • Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to support scheduling needs and communicate requirements to the General Manager.
  • Address underperforming metrics by developing strategies using company programs, tools, and resources.
  • Support direct reports in maintaining their clientele and perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain prompt attendance as the Experience Manager and hold store associates accountable to the Ulta Beauty attendance policy.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is preferred; cosmetology license and/or management license where required by state law; 2-3+ years relevant retail management work experience or other relevant work experience.

Salary Range:

$30-$37 per hour with opportunities for additional compensation based on performance. Estimated annual salary range: $62,400-$77,440.
