Job Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant

At HexaQuEST Health, Inc., we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Centralia, WA.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for rehabilitation, and the ability to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.

About the Role:
• Assist occupational therapists in conducting assessments, developing, and implementing treatment plans, as well as providing interventions to patients.
• Participate in patient education and training on daily living skills, functional mobility, and adaptive equipment use.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery and effective communication among team members.

Requirements:
• Currently licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Washington.
• Minimum of one year of experience working in an occupational therapy setting, preferably in a hospital or skilled nursing facility environment.
• Strong understanding of the principles of occupational therapy, including activity analysis, goal setting, and intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, complete reports, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Work Environment:
• This role is based in Centralia, WA, with regular hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
• The successful applicant must be willing to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 annually, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
