Job Title: Microstrategy Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Microstrategy Software Developer to join our team at COMPA Industries, Inc.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development methodologies, tools, and processes, including expertise in MicroStrategy software. Knowledge of hardware and operating systems, as well as system architectures, network infrastructures, and client-server principles is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of new technical standards and methods.
  • Analyze user requirements and evaluate work processes.
  • Develop resolutions to complex problems that require creativity and in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Work closely with customers and suppliers to define expectations and mutual responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • A minimum of eight years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
