Job Title: Chief Procurement Officer

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

The Bath Iron Works Corporation is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Procurement Officer to oversee all aspects of procurements across the business. The successful candidate will directly supervise Capital and MRO procurements and lead a team of buyers who manage day-to-day procurement activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of procurements, including sourcing, RFPs, and contract administration.
• Lead a team of buyers and provide guidance on procurement best practices.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement leadership roles.
• Proven track record of achieving procurement cost savings and process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of procurement laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
