Advanced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Rural Washington

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Britt Medical Search in Ephrata, Washington.
About the Job
This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary ranging between $125,000 - $144,000 based on experience plus monthly wRVU bonus. The position includes a signing bonus, matching 401k, life insurance, long term disability insurance, and student loan repayment up to $24,000.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and health screenings.
- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions, such as colds, flu, and skin infections.
- Prescribe medications and order lab tests as needed.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Requirements
- Current RN license and NP or PA certification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in primary care.
- Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
