About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Audit Analyst to join our team at Disability Solutions. As an IT Systems Audit and Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting audit engagements, risk assessments, annual planning, issue management, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with audit teams, department leadership, vendors, and other areas of the bank to promote an effective internal audit function.
• Develop, maintain, and expand our integrated audit system, ensuring it meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Draft departmental reporting and analysis to support department, bank management, and Audit Committee reporting.
• Facilitate audit system administration, including roles, permissions, access management, and technology vendor relationship management.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Internal Audit, Risk Management, and/or regulatory compliance, or similar.
• 1-2 years of systems administration or other related experience preferred.
• Understanding of systems access management principles and processes.
• Knowledge of deploying, configuring, troubleshooting, and managing system updates and enhancements.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (i.e., Alteryx, Tableau, etc.).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with good communication skills, especially speaking and listening skills.
• One of the following certifications is preferred: Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or other audit, risk, or analytics designation.
