SEGULA Technologies is a leading provider of engineering and consulting services. We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Wichita, KS.

As an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of customer aircraft. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical issues on various aircraft types.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as inspections, repairs, and replacements of aircraft components.
  • Collaborating with clients to identify solutions for their maintenance needs.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, we also provide generous paid time off and holidays.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An A&P license and a minimum of 3 years' experience in aircraft maintenance.
  • Experience working with fixed-wing or rotary aircraft, preferably with business aircraft experience.
  • The ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A basic set of hand tools and the ability to demonstrate inventory and control.
  • The ability to obtain Ground Support Equipment qualifications as required.
