Cleanliness Specialist

Job Summary

The Overnight Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floors.">
• Stock locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.">
• Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.">
• Follow the Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager immediately.">

Requirements:

• ">
• A minimum of 1-2 years of custodial experience is preferred.">
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.">
• The ability to work third shift is mandatory.">
• Honesty and exceptional work ethic are required.">
• The ability to solve problems independently is crucial.">
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.">
• Must be 18 years of age or older.">

Physical Demands:

• ">
• Continual standing and walking during the shift.">
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during the shift.">
• Ongoing climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during the shift.">
• Must be able to occasionally lift over 80 pounds.">
• Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals.">
