Salary:

The estimated annual base salary for this role ranges from $53,784 to $84,502, depending on location and performance.

Job Overview:

As a SLATE associate, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and senior leaders to gain valuable insights and expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide education to clients on our products and services
  • Network with senior leadership and build relationships within the organization
  • Prepare and sit for relevant professional licenses (FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 66)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2025
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Interest in the financial services industry
  • Experience in customer service or sales-related field (preferred)
  • Willingness to relocate to Carmel, IN or San Antonio, TX
