About the role at Global Channel Management:
Claims Processor is a key position within our organization, requiring strong administrative support and data entry skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage incoming membership documents, ensuring accuracy and validity of data.
- Review and process documents in Microsoft Excel and Word, communicating updates as needed.
Requirements:
- Hybrid work arrangement, with 2 days in-office per week.
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
- Data entry test scores required.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new processes quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medium-advance level of expertise with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient with Outlook and Cloud-based applications.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced environment.
