Job Overview

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a skilled Technical Project Coordinator to facilitate quality and accurate project execution. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record of managing low and medium complexity technical projects.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and efficient processing of orders, quotations, and inquiries from builders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Communicate drawing and shipping schedules with customers/builders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Analyze and discuss potential Change Orders with customers and builders, promptly notifying other departments as required.
  • Promptly process Change Orders to ensure customer expectations are met while maintaining or improving margins.
  • Cultivate effective communication with other departments to guarantee exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Mastery of executing low and medium complexity technical projects.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with mathematical proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced understanding of general construction fundamentals and engineering principles.
  • Ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree desirable, but not required; minimum 8 years industry experience in sales, estimating, engineering, drafting, or project management.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and regional factors.
