As a key member of our staff, you will play a pivotal role in driving enrollment growth, managing relationships with prospective and current families, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new families and children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and enroll new families, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to final registration.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and current families, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement outreach campaigns, promoting the daycare and its programs through community events, open houses, and school tours.
  • Analyze enrollment data, including application status, conversion rates, and demographic information, and prepare regular reports on enrollment metrics and progress towards goals.
  • Work closely with daycare staff to ensure that enrollment and onboarding processes align with the center's goals and policies, providing training and support as needed.
  • Highlight the daycare's programs, services, and unique features to prospective families, ensuring that all promotional materials are current and reflect the center's values and offerings.
  • Ensure that all enrollment practices comply with state and federal regulations, as well as the daycare's internal policies, staying informed about relevant changes in regulations and adapting practices as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • Experience in a customer service or enrollment role, preferably in an educational or childcare setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency in data management and record-keeping, with familiarity with enrollment management software a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
