We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team at Rocky Mountain Prep, a movement driven by the pursuit of academic excellence. Our mission is to democratize college access and preparation for historically marginalized students and families in Colorado.
About Us:
Rocky Mountain Prep is a network of twelve college preparatory charter schools in the Denver metro area, serving students from 12 weeks old to 12th grade. We are a community of incredible educators, families, scholars, and advocates who share a common goal: to provide rigorous and loving college preparatory options for all.

About This Role:
This full-time position offers a salary range of $60,000 to $94,800, depending on experience and education. As an educator at Rocky Mountain Prep, you will be part of a dynamic team that shares your passion for transforming education. You will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues, parents, and administrators to drive academic success and create a positive school culture.
Your Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Curriculum Development: Use high-quality curriculum and data systems to drive scholar growth and proficiency.
- Data-Driven Instruction: Collect, enter, and analyze academic data to provide targeted instruction and interventions.
- Classroom Culture: Build a strong classroom culture where scholars can learn, grow, and thrive.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with teammates, parents, and administrators to ensure student success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree: In any subject or relevant content area.
- Pass a Background Check: And demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lead Teaching Experience: Minimum two years of lead teaching experience.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Experience with progress monitoring, data collection, and analysis.
