Business Development Associate

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Sinch. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new leads and developing relationships with potential customers through both inbound and outbound calling activities.
Responsibilities- New Business Development: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through targeted outreach and research
- Cold Calling: Engage with potential customers through phone calls to build rapport and understand their needs
- Lead Qualification: Assess the viability of potential leads and determine whether they are a good fit for our services
- Sales Cycle Management: Collaborate with our sales team to ensure a smooth sales cycle and provide support as needed
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with potential customers and internal teams
- Customer Focus: A customer-driven focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support
- Relationship Building: Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Self-Motivation: High level of self-motivation with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Competitive Salary: $55,000 per year, plus estimated commissions of up to $15,000 annually
