Job Summary

We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for evaluating customer calls, matching the right technician to every job, and providing exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a perpetually friendly, can-do attitude, and be committed to going above and beyond for our customers and staff. They will also have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to build trust and diffuse conflict.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to every job.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring proficient and quality customer experiences.
  • Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field.
  • Record the results of each service call and create report summaries for senior management.
  • Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
  • Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in customer service.
  • IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communications.
  • Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict, and hold others accountable.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ($55,000 - $65,000 per year), amazing 401k plan, paid wellness days, holiday and vacation pay, paid training, profit-sharing program, and hours from 7:30 am – 5:30 pm.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
