Your Opportunity

As a Regional MTM Manager for Zegna, you will play a key role within the Made to Measure team. In collaboration with the Made to Measure team, you will promote and advocate the continued development of Made to Measure services to Zegna customers through a world-class personalized experience.

This role is based at our Corporate Office and will support our locations on the East Coast and NYC. You will report directly into the Director of MTM, North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Analyze customer accounts, create monthly reports, forecasts, and budgets.
    • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue across multiple stores.
    • Promote store events to generate business and engage with local communities.
    • Conduct competitor analysis and make recommendations for pricing and marketing strategies.
    • Set and achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution.
    • Spearhead the organization and execution of MTM/VIP events and Trunk Shows.
  • Customer Relationships and Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless MTM experiences.
    • Support at-home appointments with top clients and reinforce standards for MTM services.
    • Obtain feedback from customers and communicate insights to senior management.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of Zegna's products and collections.
    • Provide styling advice and recommend solutions to meet customer needs.
    • Work with MTM Administrators to manage product imports and resolve delivery issues.
  • Team Management
    • Support new hires with MTM training and facilitate their onboarding process.
    • Organize and deliver MTM training to existing teams, ensuring best practices and knowledge are shared.
    • Communicate effectively with store managers and DSAs to drive performance and solve problems.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in providing MTM-related services.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Intimate knowledge of Zegna's products and collections.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $120,000-$130,000, with bonus potential. The exact rate of pay will depend on relevant skills and experience.
