Speech-Language Pathologist Role for Elementary Students

Overview
We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. As an SLP, you will work with elementary students in their communication development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessments and Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments to identify the speech and language needs of elementary students.
- Individualized Therapy Plans: Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address specific goals and objectives.
- Direct Therapy Sessions: Provide direct therapy in a school setting, focusing on enhancing communication skills.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress and provide ongoing communication about student needs.
- Record-Keeping and Progress Monitoring: Maintain detailed records of student evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Texas SLP licensure.
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) seeking to complete their Clinical Fellowship Year.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for working with children.
