Responsibilities- Provide care for patients with mental illnesses, substance abuse, aggressive behavior, or suicidal tendencies.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADL) and provide basic care.
- Participate in quality control monitoring and peer review.
- Identify and address the needs of patients with behavioral/physical problems.
- Provide basic care for patients requiring Special Precautions, Seclusion, 4-Point Restraints, and supportive Protective Restraints.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work beyond scheduled hours as required to meet safe staffing standards/regulatory requirements.

- 15 days annual (vacation) leave accrual per year.
