Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including:

  • A daily rate guarantee of $1,200 or 35-40% of net collections, whichever is higher

This generous compensation structure reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the field. Our goal is to provide a stable financial foundation for our clinicians, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to children, adolescents, and teenagers. Your expertise in pulpotomy procedures, stainless-steel crowns, and behavior-management methods will play a critical role in shaping the oral health outcomes of our young patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Pulpotomy experience
