About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Operations Manager to join our team in New York. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing multiple venues and ensuring seamless execution of events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with venue partners, provide leadership and oversight of venues, and ensure Company Operating and Administrative standards are being executed at the venue level.
  • Financial Management: Ensure all field offices in your area are effectively managing their budget and personnel resources, partner with Venue Directors to control expenses effectively, and manage venue budget process.
  • Team Development: Develop and appraise team members, create an environment of continual improvement through effective leadership, and cultivate a culture of excellence.
  • Communication: Communicate company Operating and Administrative standards correctly and consistently, review bonus calculations and statements, and provide support of policies, procedures, and system changes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field, or experience equivalency.
  • Experience: Five (5) years' progressive management experience in the hospitality or related industry, multi-site management in the audiovisual/hospitality or theatrical events industry.
  • Skills: Demonstrated effective leadership skills and experience, strong financial management experience, good working knowledge of computer hardware and software, demonstrated strategic thinking ability, planning ability, strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong team player orientation, strong customer focus, professional appearance.
What We Offer
  • Salary: $122,500 - 130,000 per year.
