Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our NICU team at Tacoma General Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care to newborns and their families.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care to newborns in our Level III/IV nursery
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
Participate in education and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest neonatal care practices
Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication

Requirements

Current APRN national specialty certification
Minimum of a master's degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
