Job Summary

The Army National Guard is seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team as Bradley Fighting Vehicle System Maintainers. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the Bradley Fighting Vehicle is operational and ready for deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in the Bradley Fighting Vehicle's systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the vehicle's suspension, steering, and fire suppression systems
  • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure the vehicle's systems are functioning properly
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g. auto mechanics, industrial arts)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Training and Education

As a Bradley Fighting Vehicle System Maintainer, you will undergo 10 weeks of Basic Training and 23 weeks of Advanced Individual Training. During this time, you will learn the skills and knowledge necessary to perform your job duties effectively.
