Experienced MRI Technologist Wanted for Contract Position

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team for a contract position in Port Orchard, Washington.
About the JobWe offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, based on 40 hours per week and 10 hour shifts. This estimate may vary depending on your qualifications and experience.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and the principles of MRI technology. They will be responsible for:
- Operating MRI scanners safely and efficiently to assist in the diagnosis of disease and injury.
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort during scans.
- Positioning patients and coils on the table that slides inside the MRI scanner.
- Injecting contrast media as required.
- Setting technical parameters and observing image data on computer monitors during scans.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
- Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
- A minimum of 18 months of MRI Tech experience, preferably in a critical care setting.
- Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
