Building Materials Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned sales representative to join our team in the Kansas City market. As a building materials sales representative, you will be responsible for selling to existing accounts, creating new business, and cultivating long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell building materials to contractors and builders
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and create new accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational support and profitability
- Achieve sales targets and build a successful territory
Requirements:
- Experience selling to contractors and builders
- Sales experience in the building materials industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
- Commission structure based on sales performance
