Job Summary:

Charles T. Sitrin Health Care Center Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating swallowing and communicative impairments in patients. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients to identify swallowing and communicative impairments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address impairments
Provide therapy sessions to patients to help them achieve their goals
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

M.S. degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
Current New York State license and Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or successful completion of national examination and eligible for Clinical Fellow status
