Your Mission:
This isn't your typical sales opportunity - it's an exciting adventure. Conquer accounts in your assigned geographic territory, exceed sales quotas, and showcase the unmatched value of T-Mobile products and services using solution-based selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation Excellence: Master field-based prospecting, cold calling, and networking under the mentorship of your sales manager.
  • Creative Sales Approaches: Develop and implement effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals that set you apart in the industry.
  • Training and Development: Work closely with leadership to hone your skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.


Qualifications:
  • Sales Experience: 1+ years of successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment.
  • Dynamic Task Management: Thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment showcasing outstanding multitasking abilities.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Consistent record of delivering outstanding customer service with acute attention to detail.
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are a must.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Showcase effective negotiating and closing skills that leave a lasting impression.

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $71,800 - $129,400, inclusive of target incentives
