Vantage Point Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with behavioral problems, psychiatric disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance abuse, and physical and emotional abuse.

About the Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of patients to develop effective treatment plans that prioritize their safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and address complex needs.
  • Promote recovery, symptom reduction, and optimal social functioning through evidence-based interventions and supportive therapies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, adhering to facility and accreditation standards.
  • Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude towards patients and colleagues alike.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
  • Two or more years of experience working with patients with behavioral health needs.
  • State licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Practical Counselor (LPC).
  • CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $51,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Vantage Point Behavioral Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid supervision, to support your professional growth and well-being.
