Job Title: School Psychologist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas of need.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies to support students' academic and social growth.
  • Provide counseling and support services to students, addressing their emotional and behavioral needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to share expertise and contribute to student success.
Qualifications:
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid certification or license to practice as a School Psychologist in [State].
  • Experience working in a school setting, with a strong understanding of educational policies and procedures.
  • Excellent assessment, intervention, and consultation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
