As a Sales Consultant with Aspen Contracting, you will play a crucial role in helping homeowners unlock their potential by providing top-notch exterior restoration services. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results, and we're seeking driven individuals to join us in this mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outreach activities to set up appointments with potential clients and provide expert guidance on assessing property damage and creating repair plans.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology to generate detailed inspection reports and scope of work documents, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Act as a liaison between homeowners, production managers, and insurance companies to facilitate project execution and ensure workmanship meets our high standards.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure that all projects are completed to the homeowner's satisfaction, from initial consultation to final payment collection.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but prior experience in insurance or construction is not necessary. We're seeking individuals with a hunger for learning, exceptional persuasion skills, and a relentless drive for success.

  • A warm and engaging personality with a knack for building rapport with clients.
Additional Requirements:
  • Flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend appointments as needed.
  • Willingness to travel or relocate as required.
  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Ability to safely carry, set up, and climb ladders for inspections.
  • Comfortable walking on roofs to perform assessments.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Enjoy weekly pay with competitive rates based on experience.
  • A commission-based structure with additional perks, including medical, dental, and disability insurance, available after 60 days of full-time employment.
  • Eligibility for a 401(k) program after 90 days of full-time employment.
