**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented On-Call Floater Site Coordinator to join our team at Community Services Foundation (CSF). As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of programs and services across multiple community centers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Serve as the on-site leader for multiple community centers, providing support and guidance to staff and volunteers.
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate and manage community events, classes, and activities that promote resident engagement and development.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping to ensure efficient program delivery.
  • Engage with community members, building relationships and addressing their needs to foster a sense of belonging.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety regulations, and emergency protocols to protect residents and staff.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A flexible schedule with opportunities to work between 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with the ability to adjust as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in community service, program coordination, or a related field is preferred.

  • Ability to adapt quickly and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for community work and a commitment to making a positive impact.
  • Flexibility to work on-call as needed across multiple locations.
