Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in the Commercial Document Preparation area. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for managing the inbound pipeline of commercial documentation requests, reviewing scanned executed loan document packages, and assisting with authorizing loan fundings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the inbound pipeline of commercial documentation requests to ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Review all scanned executed loan document packages for completeness and proper signatures prior to funding and/or onboarding.
- Assist in authorizing loan fundings by working closely with the Reporting Manager and Loan Documentation Specialists.
- Index all scanned documents and prepare electronic loan files for onboarding.
- Track and maintain ticklers for the receipt of original documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support Loan Documentation Specialists as required, providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth operation of the department.

- You must have a high school diploma or General Education degree (GED) and at least one year of administrative support experience.
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential for this role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
- You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per annum, based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
