Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced registered nurse to fill this full-time position. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and utilizing critical thinking skills to make informed decisions. You'll work closely with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients of all ages.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to design, implement, and evaluate interdisciplinary care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer treatments and medications accurately and document them using automated computer systems, including electronic medical records.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited college or eligibility to sit for the VA licensure exam.
- A current RN license in Virginia or the ability to obtain one.
- CPR certification and other required certifications, such as ACLS and PALS.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in electronic medical record systems like EPIC.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000 annually, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
