Job Summary

We offer a highly competitive salary through our 100% commission model, along with a comprehensive benefit package including vacation time, paid holidays, health insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, and a 401k plan. This position will also be eligible for annual and monthly bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our logistics team to develop and implement strategies for growing our transportation network and negotiating freight rates.
  • Assist in inventory management and prepare orders for processing.
  • Communicate effectively with traders to resolve challenges on the trading floor and issues with customers.
  • Network with RIFP traders to gain insights into our business model and stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your skills to develop a book of clients.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
