About Commonwealth Rolled Products

We are a leading manufacturer of aluminum rolled products serving the automotive, commercial, and industrial markets. Our production facility is located in Lewisport, KY, with additional support from an Automotive Innovation Center in Madison Heights (DET) and Inside Sales in Cleveland, OH.

Job Title: Claims & Account Management Specialist

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients through effective claims administration while protecting our company's interests. You will contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives by offering guidance and expertise to key customers and team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a zero-incident safety culture through active participation
  • Champion the core values of Commonwealth Rolled Products: Safety, Integrity, Customer Focus, Ownership, Excellence, and Teamwork
  • Interact with customers regarding claims and account management responsibilities
  • Process customer claims and deductions, derive credits, and create reports
  • Partner with field engineers to finalize claim investigations and dispositions
  • Review sales orders, maintain electronic filing systems, and provide backup to team members
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in business management or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications, such as spreadsheets, word processing documents, databases, and email programs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in metals or a related industry with knowledge of aluminum products
Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 based on industry standards and location.
