Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Precision Machinist - Mill Turn Specialist to join our team at Masterbilt Incorporated. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating computer numerical control (CNC) Mill/Turn machines.

About the Role
  • Programming and Operations: Plan machining processes by studying work orders, blueprints, and specifications, and interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
  • Machine Setup: Set up machines by installing and adjusting chucks, tools, and attachments.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Maintain specifications by observing operations, taking measurements, troubleshooting processes, and adhering to quality assurance procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in manufacturing and CNC machining required.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 based on industry standards and location. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
