Job Responsibilities:
  • Teach Life-Saving Skills: As an Aquatic Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching children of all ages how to swim safely and confidently. You will work closely with students and their parents to develop a customized learning plan tailored to each child's needs.
  • Ensure a Safe Learning Environment: Your primary concern will be the safety and well-being of your students. You will maintain a clean and organized pool area, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines to ensure a secure environment for everyone.
  • Maintain High-Quality Instruction: To deliver exceptional results, you will need to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching techniques and methods. Foss Swim School provides ongoing training and support to help you excel in your role.
Requirements:
  • Aquatic Background: A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in a swimming environment is required. An aquatic background or relevant certification is preferred but not necessary.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. Good time management and organizational abilities are also essential.
