Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to assist our clients throughout the repair process and write repair orders for our technicians. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, previous service writing experience, and a strong attention-to-detail.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
* Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
* Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
* Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
* Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.

Benefits and Compensation:
Our Main Shop Service Advisors enjoy competitive pay, with an estimated salary range of $85,000 - $160,000 per year, based on experience and performance. Requirements:
* 1-3 years of previous service writing experience.
* A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong attention-to-detail.
* Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
