Job Summary

The Facilities Maintenance Associate performs various cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for our clients. This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners as needed.
  • Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers, and restock supplies as needed.
  • Ensure all lights are turned off and doors are locked when leaving an area to conserve energy and maintain security.
  • Keep closets and storage areas clean, neat, and organized to maintain a clutter-free environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Reliable transportation to ensure consistent dependability.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the position, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen in accordance with contractual obligations.
