About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at TLC Nursing Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to clients in an institutional setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to clients under the direction of a physician and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Ongoing assessment of client and family circumstances, including observation and documentation of changes and needs.
  • Effective communication with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Initiation and implementation of realistic care plans based on individual client needs.
  • Continual assessment of client physical, emotional, and social conditions.
Requirements
  • Current valid nursing license under the State Board of Nursing.
  • Minimum one year experience in an acute care setting.
  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification.
  • Mature and responsible character.
  • Good observational nursing judgment and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs.
Benefits

We offer competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
