Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist I to join our Clinical Department. As a Therapist I, you will play a critical role in providing evidence-based care to patients struggling with addiction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to staff on behavior management and therapeutic crisis intervention
  • Develop and implement case management, discharge planning, and after-care planning

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a related field (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LPA, or PsyD)
  • Current licensure as required by the State of California
  • CPR certification (training available upon hire)
