Job Summary

This role provides supportive and restorative care to residents, reinforces the resident and family teaching program, and administers medications and treatments according to policies, procedures, and standards of the nursing practice.

  • Reinforce the resident and family teaching program by educating patients and families on health-related topics">
  • Administer medications and treatments according to established policies and procedures">
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the applicable state(s)">
  • BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of start date">
  • IV certification">
  • One year of relevant experience in long-term care nursing">
