Job Summary:
We seek a dedicated and compassionate physician to provide high-quality primary care services in a dynamic setting. As a member of our team, you will have the flexibility to choose between a traditional or all-outpatient practice, catering to your preferences and strengths.

About the Role:
You will be part of a cohesive team consisting of six Internists and six Family Practice physicians, supported by seven full-time mid-level primary care providers. Our hospital-based practice offers a 1:6 call ratio, ensuring a manageable workload and allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary at the 80th percentile of MGMA, totaling approximately $250,000. Additionally, you will receive WRVU and Quality Bonus production incentives, loan forgiveness opportunities, and a signing bonus (details available upon inquiry). Our comprehensive benefits package includes 401K, CME time, up to 2 weeks of PTO, and ancillary income from diagnostics.
