Job Summary
The Seasonal Beauty Consultant will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging with each guest to understand their individual needs and providing personalized product recommendations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
- Conduct cashier tasks and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment by keeping fixtures stocked with merchandise and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- A strong passion for beauty and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
