Project Manager

At L3Harris, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams in the development of innovative product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Program Planning, Guidance and Execution - Collaborate with program management and technical teams to develop program execution schedules and monitor progress.
- Bid & Proposal Support - Coordinate Engineering proposal content, including identifying Engineering scope and reviewing bids with the Engineering Leadership team.
- Customer and Senior Leadership Interaction and Communication - Effectively communicate with external customers and internal senior leadership on program plans, status, and issues.
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant engineering experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- Minimum 4 years experience leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, including cost and schedule generation and management.
- Minimum 4 years experience with bids and proposals.
- Minimum 4 years experience with Earned Value Management System.
- Experience in Aerospace and Defense industry
- Experience with government customers
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other leadership functions across the organization including Operations, Quality, Program Management, and Business Development
L3Harris offers a competitive salary range of $106,500 - $197,500, as well as a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
