About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistical Analyst to join our Nursing Administration team at PennState Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing statistical methods for research studies, applying statistical principles to patient quality and safety studies, and interpreting statistical analyses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement statistical methods for research studies, including sampling methodologies and statistical analysis.
  • Apply statistical principles to patient quality and safety studies, including data analysis and interpretation.
  • Lead teams in the development and implementation of statistical models for research studies.
  • Provide training and education to staff on statistical concepts and methods.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or related field with 1-3 years experience in statistical sampling, statistical analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral formats, and use mathematics to answer questions and solve problems.
  • Ability to apply statistical principles to sampling and analysis, and efficiently and effectively make sense of and organize information into meaningful patterns.
